I’m happy you’re here!
Thanks for stopping by.
I am a Bachelor in Agrogenomic Sciences with experience in data analysis, particularly biological sequencing data. I am currently a fellow at C3 Idea, where I contribute to projects involving application development for the Virtual Mathematics Museum (MUMAT) at UNAM.
I enjoy working with R as a programming language, especially for data analysis and designing tools such as web pages. I also use Bash for scripting bioinformatics pipelines.
About me
My main interests lie in microbiology, microbiomes, and how they connect through metagenomics and biostatistics. I am the developer of an R package called Metaevomining, designed for genomic mining.
I am passionate about microbial diversity, data analysis, and building biological databases. Beyond research, I enjoy contributing to science communication, agriculture, and education, as well as organizing bioinformatics workshops with RSG Mexico.
